All the various experiences and factors of our lives; our histories, our goals,
our pasts and futures, all are integrated by System Twelve into the Whole Self
that we truly are.

The Twelve Systems
Traditional Hindu belief holds that there are many energy points, which they
call chakras, in the body. Of these, they view seven as being
particularly significant. Since ONA is a twelve-based system, we find twelve
chakras to be of particular significance.
The word, "chakra", means "spinning wheel", and describes
the energy that a sensitive person can perceive emitting from the point. In ONA,
we see that the point, itself, is significant; we also see that the spinning
energies are just part of the story. The energy actually extends outwards,
indefinitely, from the point and always at 90º angles to the associated field.
This parabolic plane of energy, we refer to as a system. For example, the first
system, Foundation, extends as a parabolic dish from the foot center (located
on the soles of each foot).
While the point (or center) and the system are distinct, we find the
system to be of greater accessibility and use.
Each of the Systems manifests a Truth, expressed as a verb.
For example, the first system is Foundation. Its Truth is I AM, The I AM statements
are made by the entire being to declare itself.
This is a recognition of oneself as a Being. The I AM statements a being makes,
also work to create the being in a kind of feedback loop.
Pay attention to your own I AM statements, which you make everyday. I've
heard people say things like, "I am so stupid!" or "I am always
late." Interestingly, our culture discourages the use of positive
statements, such as "I am pretty!" or "I am the fastest member of
the team." No wonder we have issues with our own self-esteem!
It is essential that you listen to the I AM statements that you make.
When you find yourself making a negative I AM statement, back it out: "I
was late this time, but I AM usually on time." (This with the intention of
making it so, of course!) And don't hold back positive statements, even
if you do it quietly or in private.
When someone attempts to aim a YOU ARE at you, this is an attack on your own integrity.
Even a compliment, "You are talented enough to be a professional!"
requires that we deal with it consciously if we are not to leave ourselves at
the mercy of the opinions of those around us. That doesn't mean we need to
refuse compliments or even insults; it just means we should examine them as they
come and mentally tally them: "Hmm, that's right, I am talented,"
or "I have been late in the past, it's true. I don't like that about
myself, so I'm going to change it. From now on, I AM always on time!"
System Two, Acknowledgement, extends from the second center, located
between the knees. It establishes the connection from the self to the Innermost
Self by recognizing the support it has received and giving back to that higher
part of itself This System is greatly linked to the second Field and Inner
Aspect, the electromagnetic Field. This Field is polarized and connects through
opposites or complimentary attributes such as the magnetic and electrical. This
balance and the type of connection between this System and the Fields greatly
influence the physical body and the rest of the Fields. Having these connections
support the health and wholeness of the individual.
System Three, Livingness, extends from the third center at the groin.
It is connected
primarily to the Emotional field, but, like System Four, it is also closely
involved with the fourth field, the Mental. This is why, on Earth, we get so
confused between what we think and what we feel. There is also a
difference between emotions and feelings. Feelings are more connected to Spirit, are
located at what has been called the seat of the soul. They are present everywhere
within the being. Emotions are present within each System only at the Third Field or Inner Aspect.
On Earth, for reasons to be described in the expanded section on this system,
System Three is deeply connected to the fourth, Mental Field as well as to its natural counterpart, the third field
(Emotional).
So, when clearing or dealing with the emotions, look for the thoughts
that created their energy.
System Four, Mobility, which extends from the fourth center (the navel), relates to the thinking ability of the being.
Thinking creates a flow of energy. Descartes triumphantly described his view of
our world by stating "I think, therefore I am." To him, thinking created the
being. A more accurate assessment would have been, "I think,
therefore I move!" When the being recognizes that its self is created through declaration or
intention, then the flow of actualization can be created with ease and grace.
When thinking enters into the picture, the statement of flow and the connections
to all of the being are already established. Thoughts then create a physicality
of emotions and energy.
System Five, Aspiration, is the will aspect of the being. The being will make
things happen! This System is deeply connected to the
Field of Purpose, also known as the "prayer field". The distinction is
that the System organizes what we intend, while the Purpose Field extends
energies into the Universe to make our intentions real.
System Six, Centeredness, is the analyzer. This System checks the balance
between the male and female attributes of the being, within and without. It
analyzes how and when to be creative. Primarily this System interacts with the Sixth Field of Intuition. Keeping our creations balanced and contained within that
balance creates health.
System Seven, Communication, manifests as the ability of the being to
relate to others. Its close relationship to the Seventh Field, Integrity,
suggests the delicate balance between relating to others while maintaining the
distinction of self. In fact, self can only be perceived in
relation to others (not self).
System Eight, Transformation, supports all changes in the being. Those
changes include physical growth, learning, and spiritual evolution. If
this system is under-energized, the result is a being that is sluggish and
unwilling to change or grow.
System Nine, Perception, is the ability to perceive Spirit's levels of
subtlety. This System relates to the Transcendental Field and Inner Aspect..
System Ten, Utilization, supports the ability to use the experiences of one's life
to further the expansion of the wholeness of the self/Self. This relates to the
Field and Inner Aspect of Understanding.
System Eleven, Service, supports the ability to recognize how everything serves to
expand and complete the wholeness of the self/Self. This relates to the Field and
Inner Aspect of Consciousness.
System Twelve, Integration, is the point at which we achieve true
Wholeness. All the various experiences and factors of our lives; our histories,
our goals, our pasts and futures, all are integrated by System Twelve into the
Whole Self that we truly are. When this System is active, we have those flashes
of connection to All That Is. As this System becomes more and more developed,
those flashes become more and more frequent, until, ultimately, the
"flash" becomes an ongoing, certain awareness.
