How to meditate using the 12-Fields Breath.

The 12-Fields Breath

This breathing technique is useful for meditation or simply raising your vibrational frequency for increased clarity, and can be done anywhere that breathing is permitted!

  1. Visualize all twelve Fields as you

  2. Starting at Field One (the body), inhale through all the Fields to Field Twelve and hold

  3. Exhale through all twelve fields

  4. Starting at Field Twelve, inhale through all the Fields to Field One and hold

  5. Exhale through Field One

Do this a multiple of twelve times (12, 24, 48, etc.). This is the most reliable and easiest breathing technique to use while working with other people.
