The 'sound' of Aspiration and how to use it.

The Sound of Aspiration

Stillness allowing the presence of supportive factors to take place which harmonize and blend. The elements present, although in repose, form blending patterns which will reincorporate all the energies into their original sequences. A representation of this energy is one complete breath.

SETE NAU OMA
Stillness that becomes Allowing the presence of First presence which supports
Quiet and settling Combination of various elements Reincorporation of elements
Set in repose Invitation to become blended Presentation of continuance
Formed structure Harmonization of energies A timeless sequence

SETE-NAU-OMA allows the presence of stillness and becomes the first presence that supports. This energy is a combination of elements that is quiet and settling. In this process, various elements are reincorporated into the whole, thus building up or expanding the energy already present. The main impetus is the support that blends, harmonizing all the elements present to form a structured, timeless sequence.

SETE-NAU-OMA supports the blending process to take place in forms, organisms or life forms. The blending takes place and supports the wholeness of the life process.

SETE-NAU-OMA assists in allowing the oxygenation process to take place so cells can be supported. Applied to issues and situations it supports a blending between all the parts. Whenever SETE-NAU-OMA is applied, a combination of all the factors supplies each part of the whole with continuance.

Chant SETE-NAU-OMA in order to bring things, ideas or areas into coordinated balance. Utilize this energy to remember relationships of supportive blending between areas of the Inner Aspects, Fields and Systems. Use SETE-NAU-OMA to affirm support in areas of the body that seem to be out of sync with each other. Try chanting it through all Systems and Fields in order to unburden conditions such as asthma or emphysema where a supportive blending is required for a proper oxygen and CO2 exchange.

Chant SETE-NAU-OMA to bring support to the diaphragm and any breathing difficulties. Recall a situation, person, place or a desire that seemed unsupported or in need of blending into your life more coherently. In your mind, place them in relationship. Chant and breathe SETE-NAU-OMA into the focus of that particular area or situation. Pay attention to the movement of energies and how they blend together. Allow all things to happen. Continue chanting until you sense that you possess the will to achieve your own support. Notice your level of awareness and your ability to support your own will.

SETE-NAU-OMA In Our World

The Sumerian words SETE and NAU have already been introduced to our world.

SETE is a variant of Seth, the Biblical character whose name in Hebrew means "appointed". As SETI, the "search for extraterrestrial intelligence", a task that necessarily encompasses a great deal of waiting and patience, we find an embodiment of "repose" and "stillness".

NAU, in its spelling of now, means the "present moment", which certainly must allow for the "presence of".

Practice

It's particularly important that you practice saying this Sound…but not so that others can hear. Remember, it can bring up issues of Aspiration which often manifest as difficulty in achieving goals; remember techniques such as analyzing one'screated self, as described in this Workshop, can be used to catch any manifesting issues and resolve them before they become serious.
