Workshop Four

Survey

Please take a week or so to practice the techniques you learned in this workshop. Each workshop builds on the skills learned in the workshop previous.

Then, take a few minutes to answer the following questions. This is not a test; it is intended to give you a baseline against which to measure your progress. The right answer is the honest one!

There is nothing to send. The questionnaire is for you: answer it honestly, then keep your answers—printing this page is the simplest way. Before you start the next workshop, come back and read what you wrote here. The change in your own answers is the clearest measure of your progress you will get.

The ONA Workshops are free. Take them at whatever pace suits you.
